Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PWA-X platform at pwa-x.com and app.pwa-x.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PWA-X.

1. The service

PWA-X is a platform that lets you create Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) using AI-powered templates, add push notifications, connect custom domains, and track analytics. The service is provided on an "as available" basis and is operated from Ukraine, serving customers worldwide.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PWA-X.

3. Pricing and payment

PWA-X uses pay-as-you-go pricing with no monthly subscription:

• $1.00 per PWA created.
• $2.00 per custom domain registered through PWA-X.
• Install costs by tier: Tier 1 — $0.03, Tier 2 — $0.02, Tier 3 — $0.01 per install.

Fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable once a PWA has been generated, except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice on this site or in the dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PWA-X to create, host, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others;
• Distributes malware, phishing pages, or attempts to deceive users about the source or purpose of an app;
• Violates the advertising policies of any traffic source or ad network you use;
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others.

You are solely responsible for the content of the PWAs you create and for complying with all laws and third-party policies applicable to your traffic and offers.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content, branding, and assets you upload. PWA-X retains ownership of the platform, its templates, and its underlying technology. You grant PWA-X the limited rights needed to host and serve your PWAs.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

PWA-X is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWA-X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

You may stop using PWA-X at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. Fees already paid are non-refundable on termination for cause.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
